I miss riding through the day and night, even the instance I rode into a ditch and sprawled onto the road with a throbbing girly part. Travelled to Langkawi with homegirl H.Halim for the past six days where we explored viper infested (alright we only saw 1 male schlange) mangrove swamps, swam in the Klim river where I jumped in with my phone that has since passed on from this world, paddled around with our flippers gawking at nonchalant parrot fish & sea urchins..... not forgetting the beers under every star-spangled night. Its either all that has happened in that duty-free island, and the nice people we've met, that is making me feel sick now that I'm back home. Or, its owed to the fact that I'm faced with a major assignment due midnight tomorrow + all the fuckups lying around in my world here.

Lethal combination. I think escapism comes with a price.

Dear RandomReaders,

Its been a long while since I've been away. I started this blog in 2008 I think. And it was meant to be for fashion related posts only, a space where I could share inspiration and musing from the fickle world of decadence. Then I started to grow tired of keeping up with things, and thereafter decided to let this go. O yes, blogging is not easy. Its not habitual for me, neither is it an easy practice. But along my absence here, I've kept writing in other secret places- and none of them feel just as right as here.

Maybe its the older I, coming back here to reconnect with some familiar spirit. And as far as my fickle nature goes, I have decided to change things here around more than a bit. Although only because my heart still stops when I walk by certain shop fronts, I will continue to guiltily indulge in fashion posts and amongst those, am setting myself free to write about anything else.

With that, I'll leave this photo of my pseudo self. xx
